At C-Sure Consulting, we value our clients and strive to provide high-quality services that meet your needs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by C-Sure Consulting.
1. General Refund Conditions
1.1. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
1.2. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to support@c-sureconsulting.com.
1.3. Refunds will only be considered if requested within 14 days of the service completion or project milestone.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
2.1. Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service before significant work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred by C-Sure Consulting.
2.2. Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, we will work with you to address the issue. In the event that a resolution cannot be achieved, a partial refund may be considered.
2.3. Service Non-Delivery: If C-Sure Consulting is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions: 3.1. Completed Work: Refunds will not be provided for completed services that meet the agreed-upon deliverables.
3.2. Delayed Requests: Refund requests made beyond 14 days after the service or project milestone completion will not be considered.
3.3. Client-Driven Delays: Refunds will not be issued if delays or failures in project timelines are due to a client's lack of response or failure to provide necessary information.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of C-Sure Consulting, considering factors such as: 4.1. The proportion of work completed.
4.2. Any costs already incurred by C-Sure Consulting.
5. Refund Process
5.1. To request a refund, please send an email to support@c-sureconsulting.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following:

5.2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and issued via the original payment method.
6. Amendments to the Policy
